Absolutely love this place, especially because of Tina! She takes such great care of everyone at the bar; friendly, fast, and always on point. Do yourself a favor and grab a seat with her. And don’t leave without trying the soupy buns… they’re incredible!

I ordered a takeout order for a large group (for pick up at 4:45pm) that I had coming for an event and we’re going to be staying for dinner then driving a distance to go home. The order was ready on time, packed securely for travel, and the worker was helpful, pleasant, and very efficient helping to carry half the food out to my car. Back home in time, order was correct, the food was hot, not over cooked, and adequate side sauces for the dishes ordered, The guests loved the food, and the kids even ate the vegetables! Highly recommended!!!

The atmosphere was decent though not very busy when we went for lunch. The server was far from Pleasant, very cold not friendly and a very disappointing customer service experience. The menu had good choices to it so there was lots to think about and the pricing was reasonable more reasonable than eating at McDonald’s.

Absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The food was bursting with authentic flavor—every dish was cooked to perfection, especially the soup dumplings! What really made the night memorable was our server, Tina. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, went above and beyond and had the kindest attitude. You can tell she truly cares about the guests. Highly recommend this spot if you're craving amazing Chinese food and top-notch service. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you Tina!

Let me start off by saying how helpful the person on the phone was- on 11/7/25 @ our 5:28pm order. She explained each dish and asked the cook for more information on it. That’s why service was great. Moving on to the food: my partner (who picked up the food) nor I didn’t enjoy our meal. Start off with the special duck: it was too hard and barely edible (we trashed most of it) and the magnolia beef (for the price) we barely got any beef ( we got 95% onions, and 5% beef) - i think I’m being generous with 5%. Scallion pancakes were not crispy enough but somewhat tasty. Only decent thing was special fried rice and the duck sauce. We both didn’t enjoy our meal it for a $65 order. We were so disappointed and feel it’s unacceptable to ask for a price like that without delivering. We feel like it might be best to go somewhere else to get a decent meal. EDIT: 11/10: The owner reached out to me. He has a great heart who loves his restaurant. He’s offered full refund or come in and get another meal. He’s asked to have this review taken down- I’m not going to however, I’m rewarding his efforts as 4 stars. He took accountability and that’s all that matters. Last edit: 11/21: Posting my last edit after getting a credit on a new order. Got a warm welcome from the owner, very kind and busy atmosphere but was taken care of superbly. He was appreciative of my feedback and food tasted better! Hopefully they stay consistent all round!

Amazing restaurant!! I have many memories coming here as a kid and now on thanksgiving with my boyfriend :) i was not able to travel for thanksgiving to be with my family so we came here instead and it did not disappoint! their sushi is always amazing as well as their duck. pretty affordable and very delicious, amazing customer service as always !!!!

We had a large family gathering and Orient Pearl was outstanding! Generous portions of Chinese platters and their Sushi was out of the world! Sushi definitely rivals some of the best in Boston / New York. Talented chef! Thank you!

Can I tell you , this is a definite must stop and eat at restaurant. The food is amazing. The staff is friendly and yes did I say, the food was amazing ? We came out for a thanksgiving get away weekend and found this amazing place. Please visit you will not be disappointed.
